3% Convenience Fee for Credit & Debit Card Transactions Effective 12/1/2025

Dear Agents,

We are reaching out to confirm that the 3% Credit and Debit Card Convenience Fee, announced at Wintergreen and referenced in follow-up communications, is effective starting today.

Insureds who have previously paid by credit or debit card were mailed formal notice of this change earlier this month. In addition, insureds will be notified at the time of payment that any payment made with a credit or debit card will incur the 3% convenience fee.

To help insureds avoid this fee, please encourage them to log in or create an online account at LoudounMutual.com and switch to ACH (Automated Clearing House) payments. ACH payments will continue to be processed without any convenience fee.

Please note that the convenience fee is separate from, and in addition to, any installment fees associated with the payment plan an insured selects.
