Regarding the recent Hurricane Helene claims activity,

FOOD SPOILAGE – If you get customers with food spoilage claims, please have them give you the approximate dollar amount. Food spoilage is covered on Homeowners and Farmowners for the main residence for up to $500. We will get them processed as quickly as possible.

INLAND FLOOD – If you receive a claim for water damage from the storm and the customer has the inland flood endorsement, please choose inland flood as the cause of loss.
